California State Information Officers Council 2008 Awards

Congratulations to the Early Start Program for its award winning Health Care Provider's brochure. The brochure earned a silver award in the State Information Officers’ Council annual awards competition. DDS representatives received their plaque at the awards ceremony held May 8 at the Sacramento Spaghetti Factory.

The winning brochure provides information to health care providers on early intervention, available services, eligibility, the referral and evaluation process as well as other vital information on coordinated services for infants and toddlers with or at risk of disabilities.
